Information pursuant to art. 13-14 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 2016/679

The personal data collected are processed for registration, statistical processing and newsletter subscription, sending and promoting events, information and promotional material for awareness-raising initiatives and fundraising activities in favour of Comunità Social Coop.Society and will not be passed on to third parties.  Data processing is carried out using methods, including automated methods (software programmes for the management of contact data), strictly necessary for these purposes. The conferment of data is optional, but it is used to carry out the above-mentioned service.

The data controller is Comunità San Patrignano Social Coop. Society. You may exercise your rights under Art. 15 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (access to data, obtain rectification, cancellation or restriction of processing, object to processing, right to data portability, revoke consent, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority-Privacy Guarantor) by writing to Comunità San Patrignano Social Coop. Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to pursue the purposes detailed in this informative note or for the time required by law in administrative, accounting and fiscal matters and in any case no longer than 10 years from collection.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

  • verify the correct functioning of the services offered

Surfing data do not persist for more than seven days (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).
